for 7zbd Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7zbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services available at 7zbd.io and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces operated by the same entity.

By completing the registration process and creating a 7zbd account, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual game or promotion rules;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes only;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 7zbd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Use of the 7zbd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the laws of your local jurisdiction. 7zbd enforces a strict 21+ policy and requires age verification documentation before any real-money withdrawal is processed.
• Identity: You must be a real, natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. You must register using your true legal name, date of birth, and accurate contact information. Registration under a false identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your country or region of residence. 7zbd does not make any representation that the services offered are available or appropriate in all jurisdictions.
• Single Account: Each natural person is permitted to hold no more than one registered account on 7zbd at any time. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction previously applied to your 7zbd account or to any other gambling platform where cross-platform exclusion applies.

7zbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or bank statement — at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7zbd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party who has accessed your account — is your sole responsibility. 7zbd will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 7zbd account and change it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Notify 7zbd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Keep your registered email address current and accessible, as it is the primary channel through which 7zbd communicates account-related information;
• Log out of your account fully when using shared or public devices.

7zbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of a security breach, identity fraud, or any activity inconsistent with normal player behaviour. In such cases, account balances will be held pending a formal investigation and players will be notified via their registered email address.

All financial transactions on 7zbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7zbd does not charge players transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals processed via supported payment methods. However, your payment service provider — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank — may apply their own charges, which are outside 7zbd's control.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported institutions.
• Deposits are credited to your 7zbd account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits of that method.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is under 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days.
• 7zbd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal deemed high-value, unusual, or flagged by the platform's compliance monitoring systems.
• Any bonus funds in your account balance that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

7zbd periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses cannot be claimed by players who are subject to a self-exclusion period or account restriction.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution schedule for each promotion will be explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
• 7zbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice, provided that in-progress wagering requirements for claimed bonuses will be honoured for a reasonable period.
• Irregular wagering patterns, including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, may be interpreted as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 7zbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one registered account, whether in your own name or under any alias, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through irregular play patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or any method designed to circumvent the spirit of wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in relation to a genuine deposit. Players who initiate chargebacks without first contacting 7zbd support will have their accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Money Laundering: Using the 7zbd platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Technical Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 7zbd, or exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misquoted odds for financial gain.
• Offensive or Harmful Conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at 7zbd staff, support agents, or other platform users.

7zbd's compliance and security team monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform may act without prior notice to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of legitimate players.

7zbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes seriously its duty of care to all players. The platform recognises that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and it provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help players manage their activity in a healthy and controlled manner.

Available responsible gaming tools (accessible from every player's account dashboard):

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic on-screen notifications to alert them when they have been logged into the platform for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from the platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on any platform content without express written authorisation from 7zbd;
• Use any automated data collection methods, including scraping, crawling, or data mining, on any part of the platform;
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the platform within another website or application;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.

The 7zbd brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 7zbd. Unauthorised use of 7zbd trademarks in connection with any product, service, or content not affiliated with the platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Use of game content is governed by the end-user terms of each provider as incorporated into the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7zbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its services.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 7zbd is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a direct result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, voided wagers, or system errors;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond 7zbd's reasonable control (including acts of God, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures);
• Losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or statistical data displayed on the platform where such inaccuracies originate from a third-party data provider;
• Any loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of reputation arising from your use of the platform.

7zbd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 7zbd invests significantly in platform reliability and security infrastructure, no online service can guarantee absolute availability or security.

In any event, 7zbd's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7zbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7zbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, 7zbd will provide advance notice to registered players via:

• An email notification sent to the registered email address on each player's account;
• A prominent on-platform notification displayed upon next login.

The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the platform after that effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law as applied by the platform's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and 7zbd that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English. 7zbd's decisions on matters of game integrity, account security, and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to the arbitration process described above.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7zbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
